We are located in the Liverpool Plains at Quirindi NSW. It’s a beautiful farming community with a huge range of cropping and cattle properties.
Although we don’t have a shopfront anymore pickup can be arranged for any orders.

RETURNS POLICY

Dusty Diamonds is a long standing business in Australia and we take pride in our customer service and working to achieve a happy outcome for every customer.

The Dusty Diamonds Returns Policy applies to all orders made in store at our travelling shop or online at www.dustydiamonds.com.au.

Whichever way is easier, our products may be exchanged or returned in person or via post. Before sending the order back for exchange or credit please email dustydiamondsclothing@yahoo.com.au or send our facebook page a message.

We are able to offer a refund if the product is faulty. Please contact us if you believe your product is faulty. If the return is a change of mind, we offer a store credit or an exchange. 

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please ensure the products are returned to us with Aus Post or a trusted courier. No responsibility will be taken for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

All products returned must comply with the following requirements:

  • Be in original condition. Not worn, smelling of perfumes or personal products, cigarette smoke, be soiled or damaged. If the items are not returned in a saleable condition, you will not receive a credit or refund and will be responsible for postage of the item back to yourself.
  • The goods must be returned to us able to be re-sold, please consider this before returning the products to us.
  • Original tags, stickers and packaging must be intact and attached.
  • The return must be sent within 45 days
  • If you are returning any jewellery items excluding earrings, they must be unworn. Any sign of wear on an item of jewellery will render it ineligible for return or exchange.

PRODUCTS INELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

Earrings, pre-order items, underwear and swimwear.

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED

We do apologize if you may have received a faulty or incorrect product. In this case, please contact us. We are only human after all!

The Dusty Diamonds Returns Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the Australian Consumer Law and regulations.

CHANGE OF MIND:

If you have simply changed your mind and you are able to provide a valid receipt, Dusty Diamonds may offer you an exchange provided that the product:

  • is in saleable condition
  • is unworn or unused with all original packaging and tags attached

and the exchange is sought within 45 days of purchase.

  • The item being returned for exchange is not a sale item 

FAULTY ITEMS

Should you believe your item is faulty contact us at dustydiamondsclothing@yahoo.com.au or message us on our facebook page and we will advise of the process to return the item after you have sent a description of the problem along with clear photos.  Please note that there must be a valid proof of purchase in order for a faulty claim to proceed.

Dusty Diamonds do not refund for change of mind. Should you change your mind on the suitability of a product purchased and wish to return to us, we will offer you a store credit valid for 12 months.
