How Do I Place An Order?
Whilst browsing our site, place items in cart with your correct sizing and colour options. Once you have all you desire (or can afford until next time!) click on the shopping bag in the top right hand corner of all screens.Select view cart and you will be taken to your personal shopping cart page. Recheck your items, sizes and colours and continue to checkout, be sure to add any coupons you may have before you continue to checkout.
Online payments are conducted once you have checked out of your shopping cart. Dusty Diamonds uses Paypal as their payment processor, this doesn't mean you have to have a paypal account to continue.
What if I don't have a Paypal Account?
That's ok, you don't need one. Paypal is our payment processor, you don't need to have a paypal account to finalise your order. Continue to pay for your order in Step 3 by clicking on Checkout qith Paypal and you will be taken to our Paypal generated payment page. At the bottom of the page you will see a blue underlined "Pay with Card" option. Click this to pay with credit card or debit card.
Can I pay with my Paypal account?
Yes, if you have an existing Paypal account, continue to checkout with Paypal as shown in Step 3 and you will be taken to a login screen where you can enter your login details for your

All shipping is within Australia only at this time. Sorry! No international orders will be accepted.
All shipping within Australia will be done through Australia Post using standard shipping rates.
Express Post is available - Please select express shipping on checkout or contact us by email if you need your item quickly (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Standard shipping is advised by Australia Post that shipping domestically in Australia should take within 3 - 5 days. Not including weekends or public holidays.
We are happy to hand deliver your item to future events that we will be attending to save you on shipping costs. Email us with your request (Full payment of item will need to be made on the same day) with at least 48 hours notice. (Please remember we need travel time to get to events and can only meet this request if we have the item with us on our travels or if you have emailed us prior to our departure).
All online stock travels with us on our event weekends - on a rare occassion an online order may not be able to be fulfilled due to selling the item whilst attending a weekend event. if this occurs you will be contacted via email with the option to swap the item to another of equal value, make a preorder for the item ordered or be refunded in full.
Returns & Refunds
Each case will be treated individually, however we strongly urge you to check sizings and colour options prior to checkout. We will not refund the item if you just don't like the colour. If it is your first time ordering and the size you ordered does not fit. Please contact us for an exchange of the same item in the correct sizing, providing that the item is returned unused.
If you find a manufacturing fault or are unhappy with the lifetime of any of the items that we stock, please let us know. We consistently strive to have top quality items in our store and welcome your feedback to ensure this continues to happen.
Dusty Diamonds will secure any or all details of your personal information and will only use your email address for our website promotions. Your name and postage details will not be used for anything other than sending packages or gifts that have been won in online facebook competitions. We may keep record of contact numbers for some customers to further our one on one customer contact but we will not disperse your contact numbers to any other organisation.
